Likewise, accelerated timelines may require additional investment to ensure quality and timely delivery. WHAT IS REQUIRED TO INITIATE A PROJECT?

To initiate a project, we require a signed agreement outlining the project scope, terms, and timeline, along with a 50% upfront payment.

This ensures both parties are aligned and committed to delivering the best outcome for your brand.

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT PROCESS?

We operate on a milestone-based payment system to ensure smooth progress and mutual commitment throughout the project:

• 50% upfront payment upon signing the agreement to commence the project.

• 50% upon final delivery of all agreed deliverables.

Please note that all payments are non-refundable, as they secure dedicated time and resources allocated specifically to your brand’s success.

DO YOU PROVIDE RETAINER SERVICES?

Yes, we offer retainer services with a minimum commitment of 6 to 12 months.

Our retainer fees start from $3,500 USD per month, depending on the scope of work and level of support required.

This ensures a dedicated team focused on your brand’s ongoing growth, product launches, and visual communication needs.
