We charge 50% upfront as a confirmation that the work has begun. The remaining balance is due before the final delivery of the project. Please note, we do not offer refunds.

Yes, we offer retainer work. Our retainer fees vary based on the duration and scope of services, with a minimum commitment of 6-12 months. With our retainer service, you get a dedicated expert team focused on your business growth, providing a unique advantage over traditional in-house staff. We don’t offer free pitching. Our process involves multiple development rounds to ensure high-quality outcomes that meet your goals. Offering free pitching would compromise the quality we take pride in delivering. Additionally, the expertise and operations of our studio are valuable and not offered free of charge.
