Packaging is one of our strongest areas, but our work goes far beyond that. We focus on brand transformation from strategy and positioning to identity, packaging, and go to market design. We also provide content systems and social media support when needed.
Most of our work
is in FMCG including food, beverage, wellness, and personal care. Our process at the core is always the
same: strategy first, design that sells, and transformation that lasts.
If we are new to
your industry, we see it as an advantage. A fresh perspective often leads to breakthrough ideas that
established players might overlook.
Both. About half of our work is project based such as brand creation, packaging design, and rebranding. The other half is long term retainers for brands that need continuous support. Retainers allow us to build momentum and consistency over time.
Strategy & Identity: 1 to 3 months
Packaging Design: 1 to 3 months depending on SKU count and complexity
Website: 2 to 3 months including design and development
Full Brand Transformation: 3 to 6 months
Yes. We provide ongoing social media management including content production, strategy, and campaign focus tailored to business needs whether for sales driven initiatives or long term brand awareness. By sales we do not mean direct selling, but content designed to support sales such as promotions and product pushes. Alongside execution, we also act as consultants for your in house team, ensuring alignment and consistency.
Our work typically follows four stages:
Discovery includes brand audit, competitor benchmarking, and market insights.
Strategy defines positioning, values, and brand architecture.
Design and Development creates identity, packaging, and visual systems tested for clarity and shelf impact.
Execution and Handover delivers final artwork and guidelines for consistent activation.
Most of our clients already conduct their own market research to validate consumer behavior and category trends.
At Widarto Impact, we complement this with discovery work such as competitor benchmarking, shelf analysis, and brand audits to uncover growth opportunities.
If deeper research is required, we collaborate with trusted research partners. We also believe that too much reliance on consensus can lead to safe and mediocre outcomes. Fresh insights and bold thinking are often what unlock breakthroughs.
Success in the market is never the result of design alone. It depends on many factors such as communication, distribution, pricing, and promotion. What we ensure is a process that maximizes your brand’s chance of success.
We start with a clear strategy, align design to your business goals, and test every solution against clarity, distinctiveness, and the three second shelf test.
Our role is to give you the strongest possible foundation and the right tools to activate your brand across channels. When paired with integrated brand communication and strong execution, this is what drives real growth.
Our difference lies in how we approach every project. We understand the three second shelf test, consumer behavior, and the realities of both retail and digital commerce.
Each project begins with competitive benchmarking and design analysis to identify gaps and opportunities. From there, we create solutions that are strategically grounded and execution ready, ensuring your brand not only looks good but is built to hit shelves and sell.
We partner with ambitious FMCG brands including food, beverage, wellness, and personal care. Some are startups preparing to scale, some are established companies seeking a refresh, and others are looking for a turnaround.
Around 90% of our clients are international, spread across the Middle East, Europe, and the US.
It depends on perspective. We do not take royalties from every product you sell. The economic benefit you gain continues for years, while we are paid only once as a fair fee for the expertise that makes the project succeed.
In global business, strategy and design should not be seen as a cost but as an investment that plays a major role in business growth.
Our standard terms are split into 3 stages:
50% upfront before the project begins
25% after the initial main concept is approved
25% upon completion and delivery
This structure ensures commitment on both sides and keeps the project moving smoothly from concept through to final execution.
If you have a clear brief with deliverables, timing, and budget, we can provide a tailored proposal. To maintain the quality and strategic impact we deliver, we do not take on à la carte projects below $10K. Most projects range between $15K to $50K+, and final budget depending on complexities, services, and time.
We do not do spec work or free explorations. No agency should work for free. You can evaluate our abilities through the success of the work we have delivered. In some cases, we may participate in paid pitches, reserved for special opportunities.
